Strategy Used: Affiliate marketers use many different strategies while doing pay per click. Some affiliate marketers operating in competitive niches pay as high as $10 per click to be on top. 3. Bid as low as possible.
4. Put a daily ad spend limit and see the number of conversions you get at around 500 clicks.

Pitfalls
The strategy definitely works, however if you depend on for your livelihood you could be walking a thin line. Here are a few bottlenecks you could experience

• Google suddenly raises the ad bid prices because the merchants landing page is not at par with the quality guidelines (#%$# Grrrr ..) .
• More advertisers enter into the arena and you would be forced to bid higher and higher.
• Another affiliate could outbid you and link directly to the merchant and your ad is out.(Yup it happens !)

Who Should Buy: Adwords Miracle has some good tips and strategies for generating an additional source of income. If you can systematically do research and wean out underperforming campaigns it can add to a good source of income. However it is definitely not a solid business model which you can rely on to feed your family. Recommended only for intermediate affiliate who already are making some money online.
